摘 要:研究阻尼孔在内啮合齿轮泵浮动侧板中的作用及对其结构进行优化设计。分析内啮合齿轮泵困油产生的原因及困油发生的位置。将耳形槽出油孔设为阻尼孔,通过对浮动侧板背压腔中进油孔和出油孔圆心位置的分析以及不同阻尼孔直径时耳形槽内压强的仿真,优化侧板的结构,不但使侧板工作的稳定性增强,而且降低齿轮啮合的困油和空穴程度,提高了内啮合齿轮泵的性能。The application of the damping hole on the floating board of the internal gear pump and the optimization of the floating board structure were analyzed.The reasons and the position of the pocketed oil of the internal gear pumps were studied.The outlet hole of the ear-shaped slot was designed as a damping hole and the structure of the floating board was optimized by the analysis of the center position of both inlet and outlet oil hole in floating board pressurized cavity and simulation of the pressure in the ear-shaped slot by different diameters of the outlet hole.Not only the work of the floating board is more stable,but also effects from both pocketed oil and the air-cavity in internal gear are reduced.The performance of the internal gear pump is improved.
