摘　　要：介绍采用某种车型二类底盘设计的舞台演出车的主体结构,及其车厢展合成舞台的动作过程。针对其动作要求,提出一种新型的叠加阀式液压控制系统设计方案。该系统不仅能实现舞台车厢的自动展合功能,而且因采用紧凑的叠加阀组形成小巧的液压单元代替分散的管式阀的连接形式,使得整体液压系统油路设计清晰、管路布置简单,便于安装、调试及维护。The design of main structure of a stage-show mobile by using secondary chassis of a kind of vehicle,and movement process of automatically opened and closed of its carriage were introduced.The design scheme of a new hydraulic control system used stacked valves,as to requirement of its specific movement,was proposed.Automatic opened and closed function of the stage-show mobile could be realized.The design for circuit of the whole hydraulic system was clear,convenient in arrangement and routing,easy for installation,adjustment and maintenance,because of compact stacked valve was used to form miniature hydraulic unit to replace distributed pipe connection method for valves.
