摘 要:双离合器式自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)改变了传统汽车机械式自动变速器换挡动力中断的缺点,使汽车具有良好的动力性、燃油经济性,而且极大地提高了换挡舒适性,是目前变速器技术研究新的发展方向,在分析双离合器自动变速器的结构特点和工作原理的基础上,确定了设计的干式双离合器自动变速器的基本结构。利用UG软件建立了变速器三维实体模型,然后运用ADAMS软件建立了变速器的仿真模型,并对仿真模型进行了仿真分析,为双离合器自动变速器的进一步研究提供相关的理论依据。Dual clutch transmission changes the shortcomings of power interruption of the AMT,which not only ensures good power performance and fuel economy of the vehicles,but also greatly improves shifting quality,and recently it becomes a new research direction in the field of transmission technology.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and working principle of the DCT,the basic structure of the designed dry DCT is determined.The three-dimensional solid model is built by using UG software,then the simulation model is built by ADAMS software.The model is analyzed,related theoretical basis for the further research of the dry DCT is provided.
