摘  要:分析了非铬鞣法的意义和对非铬鞣体系的要求。从配位化学和鞣革化学的角度阐述了常用的几种金属盐鞣性差异的原因,提出了钛(Ⅳ)盐的鞣性应该高于锆(Ⅳ)、铝(Ⅲ)、铁(Ⅲ)等盐而仅次于铬(Ⅲ)盐的观点;从常用几种金属盐鞣革的综合性能差异和它们的资源、毒性等方面综合考虑,认为钛(Ⅳ)盐是理想的铬盐替代品,钛鞣法具有广阔的应用前景。The significance and practical needs of chrome-free tannage were presented.Based on the theoretic analysis of the difference of tanning powers between some common metal tanning agents from the angles of coordinating chemistry and tanning chemistry,the new viewpoint that the tanning power of Ti() is higher than that of Zr()Al()Fe()or Rare earths salt was put forward.Titanium is abundant in nature, easily obtained, and titanium leather has a similar performance with chrome-tanned leather. So research about novel titanium tannage with higher tanning power is feasible. Novel titanium tannage is the optimum alternative to chrome tannage with broad prospects.
