摘  要:针对某新型少齿差行星减速器传动系统,综合考虑了伺服电机、减速器、联轴器等的故障对传动机构工作状态的影响,建立了驱动机构可靠性串联模型和故障树图,并进行故障树定性、定量分析,找出系统的相对薄弱环节,提出机构结构集成设计方法,对提高机构的可靠性水平和机构的进一步理论研究具有现实意义。Pertaining to a new type planetary gear drive with small teeth number difference system,considered the effects of the motor,reducer and the couplings to the system,the reliability model and fault tree mode of the system are established. Then by quantitative and qualitative analysis,the weaknesses of the system are found out. Finally the effective methods are presented to improve the reliability of the system. And the analysis results are checked and evaluated to provide a reference for related structure design and reliability study.
