摘  要:针对某齿轮传动机构的工作要求,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对标准内齿轮传动机构进行精确的数值建模,然后利用ANSYS动力学分析的完全法对齿轮机构在软、硬两种不同启动方式下机构的传动过程进行数值模拟分析,并运用后处理对数值分析结果进行图形及曲线描述,最后对齿根的强度可靠性进行评估。通过比较两种不同加载方式下机构的动力响应及齿根强度可靠性,说明软启动方式能够降低齿根应力的最大水平,进而提高齿根的强度可靠性。本分析方法对其他复杂齿轮机构的动力响应及强度分析具有较为广泛的适用性。In connection with the requirement of the gear mechanism,finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to generate the accurate numerical model for the transmission of standard internal gear.Then,the full method of ANSYS dynamic analysis is used to carry out numerical simulation of the process of gear mechanism which is driven by soft and hard startup modes,and use postprocessor of ANSYS to describe the results of the numerical analysis in graphics and curves.Finally,the reliability of the strength of the gear root is evealuated.By comparing the dynamic response and strength reliability of gear under two different way of load,the maximum level of stress could be reduced under the soft-stat mode,thus the strength reliability of gear root is improved.The analysis method has wide applicability to analyze dynamic response and strength other complex gear mechanisms.
