威利坦片治疗下肢深静脉血栓后综合征临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察威利坦片治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征的疗效。方法:下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征患者50例,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组口服威利坦片,对照组穿医用循序减压弹力袜,30天后观察对比疗效。结果:实验组治愈3例,显效14例,进步6例,无效2例,总有效率为92%。对照组显效9例,进步8例,无效8例,总有效率为68%。结论:威利坦片对下肢深静脉血栓后综合征有确切的疗效,可显著改善症状。Objective：To observe the effect of Venostan in treating post-thrombosis syndrome in the lower limb.Methods：50 patients with post-thrombosis syndrome in the lower limb were randomly divided into trial group（TG） and control group（CG）,the patients in the TG were treated with Venostan,while the patients in the CG were treated with medical orderly decompression elastic socks,the effects comparatively observed 30 days later.Results：In the TG,there were 3 cases cured,14 significantly effective,6 effectual and 2 unfruitful,with a total effective rate of 92%.As for the CG,there were 9 cases significantly effective,8 effectual and 8 unfruitful,with a total effective rate of 68%.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Venostan is definite for treating post-thrombosis syndrome in the lower limb.
