摘　　要：目前，基于CDIO理念的人才培养模式得到了越来越多高校的认可。广东白云学院嵌入式系统专业人才培养长期以来贯彻”做中学”理念并做了大量探索性工作，以嵌入式系统专业人才培养为例，对基于CDIO理念的人才培养模式提出了一套特色鲜明且具良好操作性的方案。There are more and more colleges and universities showed considerable interests to CDIO-based training model. Guangdong Baiyun University, as a well-known engineering Education institute, is keen on the implementation of CDIO concept. Embedded Systems Professional Training has been carrying out the direction of ＂learning by doing＂ concept and we have done a lot of exploratory work. This paper is trying to lay out a good operation plan for the proposed Embedded Systems talents Training.
