摘 要:针对目前市面上常见的天然气自动抄表方式的不足,以无线自组网方式,采用ADI公司的高性能射频芯片和32位ARM7控制器构建了一种新型的无线自动抄表系统。该系统主要包括天然气表数据采集模块、通信协议转换模块和用户管理程序。无线节点之间在470 MHz的频率下进行通信,编码模式采用了高效的循环交织纠检错编码,抗突发干扰和灵敏度都有较大的改善。测试表明,系统的穿透能力强、抄表速度快、一次抄表成功率高。Aiming at the disadvantages of current common automatic gas meter reading methods, this paper designed a new type of wireless automatic meter reading system based on wireless self-organizing network, which used an ADI' s high performance radiofrequency chip and a 32-bit ARM7 controller. This system mainly included a data acquisition module of natural gas meters, a protocol conversion module of communication and user management programs. Since wireless nodes communicated with each other with a frequency of 470 MHz, and the coding mode used a highly efficient interleaving code for error detection and correction, the performance of anti-burst interference and sensitivity were greatly improved. Tests showed that the system had strong penetrating ability, fast meter reading and high success rate for one time data reading.
