摘 要:主副连杆结构特殊,工作环境复杂而且恶劣,它作为柴油机的主要零部件之一,关系到柴油机整机工作的可靠性.该文研究采用有限元方法对其进行结构强度分析的技术措施.基于I-DEAS 11.0软件平台,应用特征建模技术对某柴油机主副连杆机构进行了实体化建模.利用接触单元模拟实际工作中各构件之间的接触状态,选取主缸最大爆压时刻作为连杆静强度分析载荷工况,实现了对主副连杆结构的应力和变形分析.寻求到了一套进行主副连杆分析的有限元分析技术途径,可为此类结构的可靠性设计提供参考依据.The chief-vice connecting rods are special in structure and they usually work in complicated and severe environment. As key spare parts , they are important to the diesel engine' s reliability. In this paper, an investigation on technical measures of structural strength analysis by finite element analysis method is done. Based on the software platform I-DEAS 11.0, a solid model of chief-vice connecting rods of a diesel engine was established by using the feature modeling technology. Then actual contact state between each component was simulated using contact unit, and the load working condition was analyzed under the maximum explosion pressure condition, which was taken as the static strength of the connecting rods, and thereby the stress and strain of chief-vice connecting rods were ascertained. This finite element analysis method is an effective way for analyzing chief-vice connecting rods, providing the basis for reliability design of this kind of structure.
