摘　　要：研究我国大学公共体育课程改革与特点,探讨新时期高职学院体育课程目标的导向,为高效、优化体育课程改革和重建体育教学内容与方法提供有益的支持和帮助。This paper analyzes the characteristics and reform of college public physical education curriculums and discusses the physical education course objectives of higher vocational college in the new times. The main purpose is to provide the support for optimized physical education course reform and reconstruction of physical education teaching content.
