摘　　要：越境环境污染具有损害非一致性和混合非一致性特征。从外部性原理分析了越境环境污染这种典型的国际外部性的基本作用形式、产生原因和内部化等问题,进而探讨了博奕论在越境环境污染分析中的应用,其中包括完全合作博弃、非合作博奕以及互联博奕。Transboundary Pollution problem possesses with non-uniformity of damages and non-uniformity of mixing. As a problem of international externalities, basic forms, reasons for arising and internationalization problems etc. of transboundary pollution have been analyzed. Then transboundary pollution was explored by game theory, including full co-operative, non-co-operative and interconnected games.
