方丝弓托槽固定技术在前牙外伤性松动治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价方丝弓托槽固定技术和传统牙弓夹板固定技术在前牙外伤固定治疗中的疗效。方法选择36例前牙外伤致松动的患牙共55颗,随机分成两组,分别采用方丝弓托槽固定技术和传统牙弓夹板固定技术进行结扎固定,记录拆除固定装置半年后的临床疗效和牙髓牙周相关指标,并进行统计学分析。结果两组在临床疗效方面无显著性差异(p>0.05),但在临床牙周指标方面有显著性差异(p<0.05),方丝弓托槽固定技术优于传统牙弓夹板固定技术。结论方丝弓托槽技术是治疗外伤性前牙松动的可靠固定方法。Objective To evaluate the respective effects of teeth fixation by edgewise appliance and arch bar splint.Methods A total of 55 teeth（36 cases） with loosening caused by trauma were randomly treated by edgewise appliance and arch bar splint.Clinical effects,dental pulp and periodontal indicators were compared when the fixed devices were removed half a year before.Results The clinical effects of treatment group and control group had no significant difference（p〉0.05）,but the clinical periodontal indexes had significant difference（p〈0.05）.Conclusion Edgewise appliance fixed technology is a reliable fixed method of fixing loose teeth caused by trauma
