针刺结合半导体激光穴位照射治疗女性更年期综合征临床观察  

Clinical Observation of Female Menopause Syndrome Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Semiconductor Laser Irradiation on Acupoints

摘　　要：目的观察针刺加半导体激光照射治疗女性更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法将56例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,同时根据绝经时间将患者分为围绝经期和绝经后期两个亚组,分别给予不同处理,观察治疗前后及组间的更年期症状指数Kupperman Index(K I)的变化。结果在完成全部实验的51例患者中,经过对两组患者K I分析,治疗组治疗后K I分值明显降低,与本组治疗前和对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后K I分值无明显变化,其中围绝经期亚组K I分值略有升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺加半导体激光照射在减轻更年期综合征临床症状方面疗效肯定。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on female menopause syndrome treated with acupuncture and semiconductor laser irradiation. Methods 56 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group. According to the time of menopause, two sub - groups were divided, named perimenopause stage and postmenopause stage,which were measured differently. Kupperrnan index（KI） was observed before and after treatment,as well as between groups. Results 51 cases finished the entire experiment,with KI analysis,in treatment group, KI level decreased remarkably after treatment as compared with that before treatment in the same group and with that after treatment in control group, indicating statistical significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no remarkable changes in KI level before and after treatment in control group, in which, KI level increased slightly in perimenopause stage, but no statistical significant difference presented （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus semiconductor laser irradiation has definite efficacy on alleviating the clinical symptoms of menopause syndrome.
