摘　　要：新疆的稳定和发展与国家安全由诸多因素共同作用构成一体。具备多种语言能力,是增强国际竞争力、促进国际交流、保障国家安全的一个基本要素。The stability and development of Xinjiang and the national security are inseparable for many factors.Among those factors,the education of foreign languages may not be the core,but it is very important.
