摘　　要：当前,我国农业创新企业的创新能力及积极性较小,其原因在于缺乏健全的人才激励体制,缺少一支高水平的人才队伍,激励机制不完善。我国政府应加大对农业自主创新的支持力度,构建和发展农业自主创新风险投资体系,不断完善自主创新激励机制,高度重视人力资本投入在农业自主创新中的作用,促进农业自主创新成果的转化和推广。Today, the innovative agricultural enterprises are weak in ability and enthusiasm due to lack of perfect talent incentive mechanism and a qualified talent team. The government should increase support for independent innovation in agriculture, develop venture capital system of independent innovation, enhance incentive mechanism on independent innovation, pay close attention to the role of human capital investment to promote the transformation and popularization of achievement of independent innovation in agriculture.
