摘  要:目的:探讨以问题为中心的教学方法(PBL)结合情景教学法在分娩期妇女护理的实验教学效果。方法:选用我校2007级涉外护理本科学生119人,采用PBL结合情景教学法,通过情景模拟分娩过程,设置不同分娩阶段的相关问题从而帮助学生理解相应知识点,引导学生自主学习,于课程结束后发放问卷调查表。结果:采用PBL结合情景教学法可以帮助学生学习分娩期护理的相关知识,培养学生衔接各种知识的能力、培养学生解决问题的能力,培养学生团队协作的精神。结论:PBL结合情景教学法有助于培养学生发现问题及解决问题的能力,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。Objective: To discuss the experimental teaching effect in nursing care for normal labor with the teaching skills of problem - based learning (PBL) combined with situation teaching. Methods : 117 foreign nursing speciality students of grade 2007 of our school are involved in the experimental teaching of nursing care for normal labor by simulating the birth process and setting the questions of different stages of normal labor. Thus we can help the students understand the learning points and train themselves the ability of autonomous learning. After the course,we collect the information from students by questionnaires. Results: Problem - based learning (PBL) combined with situation teaching can help students study the learning points of normal labor, improve the students the ability to linkup the knowledge and solve the problems and help them to cultivate their teamwork spirit. Conclusions: Problem -based learning (PBL) combined with situation teaching can help students to questions themselves and answer the questions. And it also can help the students to form a good habit of learning.
