摘　　要：目的探讨胸苷酸合成酶(TS)表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测了163例胃癌组织中TS蛋白的表达。结果 163例胃癌组织中TS表达阳性率为42.9%,其表达与性别、年龄、病变部位、分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移阳性、有无远处转移均无明显关系(P>0.05);但进展期患者TS表达阳性率显著高于早期患者(P<0.01)。TS表达阳性者3年随访生存率为62.9%,明显低于TS表达阴性者的77.4%(P<0.05);但在126例进展期胃癌中,TS表达阳、阴性者的生存率无明显差异。结论 TS表达阳性提示胃癌患者预后较差,但更能够在基于5-FU的辅助化疗中获益。Objective To investigate the relationship of thymidylate synthase（TS） with pathological behaviors of gastric cancer.Methods The expression of TS in cancer tissure was detected by immunohistochemistry in 163 patients with gastric cancer.Results The positive expression rate of TS was 42.9% in 163 gastric cancer samples,which was higher in the cases with advanced gastric cancer than those with gastric cancer in early stage（P〈0.01）.TS expression was not correlated to sex,age and tumor′s location,proliferation,invansion and metastasis（P〉0.01）.The 3-year survival rate was lower in the cases with TS positive than that with TS negative（62.9% vs.77.4%）（P〈0.05）,which was not significantly different between TS positive and TS negative in 126 cases with advanced gastric cancer.Conclusion The positive expression of TS indicates a poorer prognosis in the patients with gastric cancer.
