豆楮方治疗内科杂病验案五则

摘　　要：豆楮方为老中医经验方,由楮实子、黑料豆、路路通、泽兰组成,具有补养肝肾、解毒化瘀的作用,通过不同的加减配伍可用于治疗多种内科杂病的阴虚血瘀证。文章列举了肝硬化、原发性肝癌、脂肪肝、药物性肝损伤及高血压病5种常见内科杂病,通过典型病案的分析以说明本方的加减应用方法。Douchu Fang, the empirical formula of a veteran TCM practitioner, contains Papermulberry Fruit, Heiliao Dou, Beautiful Sweetgum Fruit and Hirsute Shiny Bugleweed Herb. It has the function of nourishing liver and kidney, removing toxic substance and removing stasis. The modified Douchu Fang can used to treating multiple internal miscellaneous with syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis. This article enumerated cirrhosis, primary hepatic carcinoma, fatty liver, hepatic injury induced by medicine and hypertensive disease to demonstrate the application of modified Douchu Fang.
