隔发酵附子饼灸治疗肾阳虚型前列腺增生性排尿困难临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察隔发酵附子饼灸与传统隔附子饼灸对肾阳虚型前列腺增生性排尿困难症的临床疗效的差异。方法:93例患者,随机分到观察组(隔发酵附子饼灸组)、对照组(传统隔附子饼灸组),观察组47例在关元穴隔发酵附子饼灸,对照组46例在关元穴隔传统附子饼灸,两组每次均治疗45min,每周5次。于治疗前及治疗6周后分别观察国际前列腺症状积分(I-PSS)、中医症状积分、最大尿流率(Qmax)、膀胱残余尿量(PVR)的变化。结果:两组均能改善国际前列腺症状积分和中医症状积分、提高最大尿流率及减少膀胱残余尿量,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为83.0%,对照组为63.0%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔发酵附子饼灸对肾阳虚型前列腺增生性排尿困难症的临床疗效优于传统隔附子饼灸。Objective：To compare therapeutic effects of fermented aconite cake-separated moxibustion and aconite cake-separated moxibustion on dysuria induced by benign prostatic hyperplasia of deficiency of kidney yang.Methods：93 cases confirmed to the enrolled criteria were randomized divided into two groups：observation group（fermented aconite cake-separated moxibustion）and control group（traditional aconite cake-separated moxibustion）.Fermented aconite cake-separated moxibustion was given at Guanyuan（CV4）in the 47 cases of observation group and aconite cake-separated moxibustion was given at the same point in the 46 cases of control group.Once for 45 min each,5 times for a week.The treatment was given for 6 weeks.The changes of International prostate symptom score（I-PSS）,TCM syndrome score,maximum flow rate of urine（Qmax）and bladder residual urine volume（PVR）were observed.Results：The two groups can also improve International prostate symptom score and TCM syndrome score,increase maximum flow rate of urine and reduce bladder residual urine volume,observation group was better than control group（P0.01）.Total effective rate of observation group was 83.0%,and was 63.0%of control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The fermented aconite cake-separated moxibustion had a better therapeutic effect than traditional aconite cake-separated moxibustion on dysuria induced by benign prostatic hyperplasia of deficiency of kidney yang.
