摘 要:目的研究上瓷前纯钛除气和预氧化对其金瓷结合强度的影响。方法用ISO9693[1]规定的三点弯曲测试法测定A组(除气+预氧化)、B组(无热处理)试件的金瓷结合强度,用电镜扫描和X线衍射分析金瓷界面。结果金瓷结合强度:A组32.61±5.62Mpa,B组24.19±3.57Mpa,两者之间具有显著性差异(P=0.001);扫描电镜(SEM):A组金瓷之间过渡层约65μm,金瓷结合紧密。B组金瓷间过渡层平均约35μm,可见孔洞和裂隙。x射线衍射(EDS):两组金瓷界面附近的主要元素均为O、Si、Ti、Sn,A组Ti在界面呈单纯扩散曲线。B组Ti在界面呈不规则扩散。结论纯钛除气和预氧化后能获得较高的金瓷结合强度,大于ISO规定的25Mpa,能满足临床要求;无热处理试件金瓷结合强度较低,小于25Mpa,不能满足临床要求。Objective To investigate the effect of degassing and preoxide on the bonding strength of pure titanium.Methods The bond strengths of group A(degassing+preoxide),group B(no heat treatment) were evaluated by using a three-point bend test according to ISO9693.The metal-ceramic interface was investigated under scanning electronic microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrun(EDS).Results The mean bonding strength of two groups was 32.61±5.62Mpa,24.19±3.57Mpa.There was statistically significant difference between goup A and group B(P=0.001).SEM demonstrated that the bonding surfaces of group A was compacted,no crack,the width of interfacial transition layer was 65μm.The width of interfacial transition layer of group B was 30μm,and many defects were seen.EDS showed that the aggregation of O、Si、Ti、Sn in transition layers of two groups,Ti showed regular curved line in group A,while showed irregular curved line in group B.Conclusion Degassing and preoxide can improve bonding strength of pure titanium significantly,which is above the minimum value required by the specification(25Mpa) of ISO9693.No heat trentment lead to lower bonding strength,which lower than 25Mpa,can not meet clinical requirement.
