摘　　要：目的分析前列腺肾型透明细胞癌的病理形态、免疫组化、诊断与鉴别诊断。方法运用组织病理学、组织化学、免疫组化对1例发生于前列腺的肾型透明细胞癌进行观察,并结合文献加以分析。结果前列腺肾型透明细胞癌的瘤细胞及组织结构与肾透明细胞癌相似,细胞胞质丰富,淡染至透明,呈腺泡状、腺管状、片巢状排列。免疫组化:低分子质量角蛋白(CK-LMW)、EMA、vimentin和CD10(+),高分子质量角蛋白(CK-HMW)、广谱角蛋白(CKpan)、PAP和PSA(-)。结论前列腺肾型透明细胞癌是一种前列腺癌罕见的特殊类型,其起源尚不确定,在诊断中应该注意鉴别。Objective To analyze the morphologic and immunohistochememical, and histopathological features of renaltype clear cell carcinoma of the prostate and its diagnosis and diffierential diagnosis. Methods One case of renal-type clear cell carcinoma of the prostate was observed with application of histopathologic, hitochemical and immunohistoehemieal methods with review of the litertures. Results Histopathologieal appearance of renal-type clear cell carcinoma of the Prostate was similar to clear cell carcinoma of the kidney. Mieroscoppically, tumor cells were composed of clear cell, arranged in aciniform patterms or solid trabecular or tubular form. Histochemically, the tumor contained AB-PAS negtive acid mucin. Immunohistochemical examination showed the tumor cells were positive for vimentin, epithelial membrane antigen, low molecular weight cytokeratin and CD10. The tumor cells did not express PSA or PAP and was negative to high molecular weight cytokeratin. Conclusion Renal-type clear cell carcinmna of the prostate is a rarely distinct variant of the prostate carcinoma. This tumor should be distinguished from others in diagnosis.
