摘　　要：二级学院办公室是高校最基层的管理机构,其管理工作是多层次、全方位、综合性的。笔者提出,在高等学校这样一个具有独特文化气息的环境中,办公室管理工作要讲究管理艺术,文章从管理艺术概念的理解入手,多角度地对办公室的管理艺术进行了探讨。As the most basic level management organization of colleges at the departmental level, its work is multi-level, comprehensive and integrated. The author proposed that it＇ s important to pay attention to the art of management in the office work under the environment of cultural richness in the colleges and universities. Starting with the concept of management art, the paper discussed the art of office management from multiple angles.
