摘　　要：对医院收费的管理一直是医院管理的重点,但是大多制度与管理办法只是管理中的软环节,实际工作中的贯彻执行力度还不够,许多医院经常出现收费人员监守自盗的情况。笔者根据我院的工作实际谈谈如何通过软件实现对医院收费的管理和稽核。Hospital charges management has been the focus of hospital management, but most of the management systems and management approaches are the soft parts of management, the actual implementation of work force is not enough, and many hospitals have the situation of fee collector embezzlement. According to practical situation of our hospital, the author talks about how to manage and check hospital charges by software.
