浅谈“包保驱动”在民办高职教育中的尝试

摘　　要：改革开放以来,民办高职院校发展十分迅猛,已成为我国高职教育的重要组成部分,为区域经济的发展建设培养了大批高素质技能型的人才,为高等教育大众化和社会主义现代化做出了重大贡献。本人根据亲身教学经历和感受,结合民办高职院校实际情况,对"包保驱动"机制的实质与内涵进行了全面、系统的探索与实践,形成了具有民办高职特色、有管理实效、有约束力的管理机制,通过该机制的实施,能够使民办高职院校教育教学质量得到可靠的保证。Since the reform and opening up, private vocational colleges have experienced rapid development, which has become an important part of vocational education in China, training a large number of high skilled personnel for regional economic development and making a significant contribution to higher education popularization and socialism modernization. Based on personal teaching experience and feeling, combined with the actual situation of private vocational colleges, the essence and meaning of＂package security-driven＂ mechanism are explored in a comprehensive, systematic way, forming a management mechanism with features of private vocational school, management effectiveness, binding, through the implementation of the mechanism, the teaching and education quality of private higher education institutions has a reliable guarantee.
