三种培养料栽培的姬松茸氨基酸分析

摘　　要：测定与比较了三种培养料栽培的姬松茸子实体氨基酸含量,结果表明,姬松茸含有丰富的八种人体必需氨基酸、支链氨基酸和谷氨酸,而芳香族氨基酸的含量较低。It was found through the determination and comparison of the amino acid contents in Agaricus blazei fruitbodies cultured by three different composts that all fruitbodies had rich content of eight essential amino acids, side chain amino acids, glutamic acid and low content of aromatic amino acids.
