摘　　要：目的探讨Ezrin和CD44-V6在宫颈癌中的表达及相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测了30例宫颈癌(A组)、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅲ(B组)、10例正常宫颈组织中(C组)Ezrin和CD44-V6的表达,将两者分别与患者的临床病理参数进行统计学分析并评估两者的相关性。结果 Ezrin和CD44-V6阳性表达率:A组>B组>C组(P<0.01)。宫颈癌中Ezrin和CD44-V6表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Ezrin和CD44-V6在宫颈癌中的高表达与宫颈癌的侵袭性行为有关,可作为判断早期宫颈癌预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of Ezrin and CD44-V6 in cervical carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Ezrin and CD44-V6 were detected in 30 cases with invasive cervical carcinoma（group A）,20 cases with CIN Ⅲ group B,and 10 cases with normal cervical epithelium group C by immunohistochemical SP method.The results were compared with patients＇clinical pathological parameters.Results The positive expression levels of Ezrin and CD44-V6 were in an order of group Agroup Bgroup C（P0.01）.The expression of Ezrin was positively correlated to that of CD44-V6（P0.05）.Conclusion The higher expressions of Ezrin and CD44-V6 in cervical carcinoma might be correlated with invasive behavior of cervical carcinoma,which may be taken as the indicators for predicting the prognosis of the patients with cervical carcinoma.
