摘　　要：目的:探讨食管鳞癌组织中Pim-3 mRNA和蛋白的表达及其意义.方法:应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学法分别检测45例正常食管黏膜组织、22例癌旁不典型增生组织及45例食管鳞癌组织中Pim-3 mRNA和蛋白的表达.结果:在食管鳞癌癌变过程中Pim-3在正常黏膜组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及癌组织中mRNA的表达分别为0.00%(0/45)、22.73%(5/22)、82.22%(37/45),组间比较有明显差异(χ2=67.450,P<0.01).此外,对应的蛋白表达的阳性率依次为0.00%(0/45)、18.18%(4/22)、75.56%(34/45),组间比较有明显差异(χ2=60.326,P<0.01);食管鳞癌组织之间Pim-3 mRNA和蛋白的表达在不同TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移中的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).Pim-3 mRNA和蛋白的表达具有明显的正相关关系(γp=0.547,P<0.01).结论:食管鳞癌组织中Pim-3 mRNA和蛋白的高表达可能与食管鳞癌发生发展密切相关.AIM：To investigate the significance of Pim-3 mRNA and protein expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC）.METHODS：The expression of Pim-3 mRNA and protein in 45 normal esophageal mucosal specimens,45 ESCC specimens and 22 tumoradjacent mucosal specimens was detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry,respectively.RESULTS：The positive rates of Pim-3 mRNA expression were 0.00% （0/45）,22.73% （5/22） and 82.22% （37/45） in normal esophageal mu-cosa,tumor-adjacent mucosa and ESCC tissue,respectively,with a significant difference among the three groups （χ 2=67.450,P0.01）.Similar results were obtained for Pim-3 protein expression：the positive rates of Pim-3 protein expression were 0.00% （0/45）,18.18% （4/22） and 75.56% （34/45） in normal esophageal mucosa,tumor-adjacent mucosa and ESCC tissue,respectively,with a significant difference among the three groups （χ 2=60.326,P0.01）.The expression of Pim-3 mRNA and protein was significantly associated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis in ESCC （both P0.05）.A positive correlation was noted between the expression of Pim-3 mRNA and protein （γ p=0.547,P0.01）.CONCLUSION：High expression of Pim-3 mRNA and protein may be closely related to the occurrence and development of ESCC.
