磁性附着体在覆盖半口义齿修复中的应用体会

摘　　要：选择18件磁性附着体覆盖半口义齿和12件常规制作的半口义齿进行1年的临床疗效观察。18件磁性附着体覆盖半口义齿较常规半口义齿固位良好,咀嚼效率好,可获得满意的效果。Eighteen half complete overdentures were selected for magnetic attachment with an over 1-year follow up.The 18 implant-supported overdentures provided improved stability,retention,function and patient adaptation and acceptance.Using magnetic attachment in half complete overdenture gives predictable and satisfied results.
