摘　　要：通过对比观察开窗减压术与刮治术治疗颌骨囊肿的2组病例资料,比较2组手术相关情况与术后情况。结果显示开窗术组在手术时间、术中岀血及术后疼痛麻木、术后感染、后期复发等指标中明显优于刮治术组?凹跹故踔瘟蒲涝葱则⒐悄抑追椒?简单,效果可靠,术后并发症少,适宜临床应用。To compare the results of fenestration and decompression with curettage in the treatment of jaw cyst. Operation time, bleeding during operation and postoperative reactions were analyzed. Fenestration and decompression showed obvious advantages in shortening operation time, reducting operation bleeding and postoperative reactions. It is effective in the treatment of large odontogenic cyst.
