摘　　要：医学教育在过去10年来增加了对模拟技术的依赖,模拟技术为医学教学提供了安全实践的机会。在模拟中心建设中,模拟重症监护病房是投入最多、设备最先进的单元。重症监护病房的建设、培训和发展也越来越引起重视。为此借鉴了一些现代欧美模拟教育模式和思想,希望为模拟重症监护病房的建设和运行提供一点参考。In the past 10 years,the medical education depends more and more on the simulate technology,and analog simulation provides a secure practical opportunities for medical education.During the constructional process of medical analog centers,the analog ICU is deemed as the signifi-cant unit with the heaviest investment and the introduction of the most advanced facilities.With the establishment of domestic medical analog centers,more and more attention has been drawn to the con-struction,training and developmental element on ICU.Therefore we use some simulated ICU teaching mode and thoughts of European countries and America for reference,hoping to provide a standard for the construction and operation of ICU.
