双蒂颈前带状肌及会厌在喉部分切除术修复重建中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨双蒂颈前带状肌及会厌在喉部分切除术喉功能重建术中的应用价值。方法对22例T2部分T3声门型喉癌喉部分切除术后分别以双蒂颈前带状肌和Tucker术式一期修复残喉。结果 19例患者均顺利拔管,占86.3%。全部喉功能恢复占86.4%。结论双蒂颈前带状肌及会厌修复残喉,取材方便,方法简便,术后喉功能恢复良好。Objective To investigate the effect of bi-pedical strap muscular flap and epiglottis on the reconstruction of larynx function after partial laryngectomy.Methods Bi-pedical strap muscular flap and epiglottis were applied to provide reliable replacement of defect resulting from cancer excision in 22cases of T2and some T3glottic cancer.Results 19cases were dissimulated and the recovery rate of total laryngeal function was 86.4%.Conclusions Bi-pedical strap muscular flap and epiglottis have many advantages in the reconstruction of larynx function.It is easy to approach and apply,and can improve the life quality of the patients.
