摘　　要：运用问卷调查法,对全国东西南北中五大地区9个省(市)二十余所城乡学校一万余名中学生的暑期休闲活动进行了调查,结果发现:当代中学生在暑假期间参加的主要休闲活动分别是看电视电影、学习和上网;同时存在一定的性别差异、年级差异和地区差异。这表明:中学生的学习压力较大,学习仍是暑期生活的主旋律;中学生的暑期休闲活动较单调,对健身益体的体育活动和琴棋书画活动参与度较低;中学生暑期看电视和上网频率太高,不利于身心健康。社会各界需共同关注中学生的休闲活动,以促进中学生的全面、健康发展。The questionnaire method has been used in the research to investigate modern Chinese middle school students＇ leisure activities in summer holiday. The sample of the research consists of ten thousand students attending more than 20 rural and urban middle schools in the nine provinces of five different parts in China. The results indicate that watching television and films, studying and surtfing the net have taken up most of the leisure time of the students in summer holiday; there are significant differences of gender, grade and region in these leisure activities among students. This shows that the learning pressure for students is heavy, so studying even in summer holiday still takes up much time; the leisure activities of students in summer holiday are tedious, and physical activities, musical and painting activities take up very little time; it takes students too much time to watch TV and surf the net in summer holiday, which is harmful to students＇ health. The research suggests that all circles of society should care about students＇ leisure activities to improve the overall and healthy development of the middle school students.
