摘　　要：俄国教育学习和借鉴的历史几乎是与它的现代化进程同时起步的。但在俄国,第一次进行有意识的比较,系统开展外国教育研究的是乌申斯基。他不仅清晰地揭示了德、英、法、美诸国教育各自的民族特性,并就教育借鉴的可能性问题进行了精辟的阐述,从而为促进比较教育的发展贡献了自己的力量。他的教育民族性学说,在全球化进程不断深化的今天,更是体现出自己独特的魅力。In Russia,the history of learning and borrowing start at almost the same time as its modernization begins. But it is Ushinsky who firstly made a conscious comparison and systematical research in foreign education. He not only clearly analyzes the nationality of education in German, the UK, France and America, and sets forth the possibilities of borrowing in detail,and all these contribute to the development of the comparative education greatly. His thoughts of nationality reveal its unique charm in the deepening process of globalization today.
