摘　　要：介绍了振动攻丝的原理和特点，探讨由 Ｐ Ｃ 系统微机构成的步进电机控制及数据采集分析系统，以及实验系统的软件结构、硬件接口和步进电机的高频正反转的控制方法．最后还介绍了振动攻丝的实验方法和数据处理方法．The principle and characteristics about vibration tapping are introduced. The system of stepping motor control and data acquisition and analysis made up of PC system, software structure and hardware interference of experimental system, the mathod controlling high frequency clockwise, anti clockwise turn of stepping motor are researched. The method of experiments and data processing of vibration tapping are also introduced.
