摘  要:分析了在中厚板轧制展宽阶段和精轧阶段不同的展宽比和伸长率对宽度偏差及切头尾长度的影响,提出了针对不同的展宽比和伸长率条件下的立辊压下量优化方法,以产品长宽比等于10.26为临界点确定得到一个最小切损量的最优立辊压下量。实际应用表明,该方法可将产品的切损率降低15%以上,大大提高了中厚板产品的成材率。The analysis of influence to crop length and width deviation by different broadside rolling ratio and longitudinal rolling ratio in broadening phase and finish rolling phase in plate mill was developed. As to different broadside rolling ratio and longitudinal rolling ratio, an optimization method of edging draught was put into forward, in which optimal edging draught was confirmed so as to obtain minimum trimming loss by the stagnation point as aspect ratio equal to 10.26. From actual application it shows that this method can decrease product trimming loss by more than 15% , and it can increase plate product yields greatly.
