摘　　要：为了提高教学质量,了解前沿最新的科技动态,提高学生外文阅读能力,文章对高校在开展双语教学的同时,对双语教学背景,双语教学的作用和双语教学过程中应注意的问题,进行了深刻地探讨和分析,以达到逐步提高双语教学质量的目的。In order to improve the quality of teaching,understanding of the dynamic cutting edge latest technology to improve their foreign language reading,the article on bilingual education in colleges and universities,while the background of bilingual education,the role of bilingual education and bilingual teaching process should pay attention to the issues,a deep explored and analyzed in order to achieve gradually increase the quality of bilingual teaching purposes.
