摘 要:双组分水性聚氨酯涂料主要由水性羟基组分(A组分)和多异氰酸酯组分(B组分)构成。以丙烯酸分散体多元醇为A组分,以亲水改性HDI三聚体为B组分,将两者混合固化成膜,得到了双组分水性聚氨酯涂膜。在这一过程中,考察了A组分的组成和结构以及A、B组分的混合配比对最终涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:得到性能良好的双组分水性聚氨酯涂膜,适宜的工艺参数为:羟基含量4%~5%,中和度80%,多异氰酸酯固化剂与羟基树脂的n(-NCO):n(-0H)为1.0~1.2。最后将该涂膜与双组分溶剂型聚氨酯涂膜进行了性能比较,结果表明其综合性能接近相应的溶剂型涂膜,其VOC含量只有后者的36%,符合环保要求,因此具有广阔的应用前景。The title two - component waterborne polyurethane coatings mainly comprise of waterbased polyols and polyisocyanates. The good 2K - WPU coating films were prepared by mixing acrylic polyol dispersion as component A with hydrophilically modified HDI trimer as component B. The effect of composition and structure of the polyol and NCO/OH ratio on the properties of coating films were investigated. It was shown that the good performance coating films can be obtained at the following conditions: hydroxyl content 4% -5%, neutralization degree 80% and n(-NCO): n(-OH) = 1.0 - 1.2. Finally, the prepared coatings films was compared with solventborne two - component polyurethane coating films. It was found that the comprehensive properties of the prepared coating films close to that of the solventborne coating fihns, but its VOC content is only 36% of the solventborne system, meeting the requirement of environmental regulation, showing a wide prospect of application.
