摘 要:跨栏跑过程中的速度利用和过栏时的技术能力是决定跨栏跑成绩好坏的关键。在跨栏跑这一高强度的运动中,如何将自己的最高速度损失减到最小和保持连续过栏的技术能力达到最佳,将有赖于参赛运动员绝对速度和过栏技术的综合体现。通过运动员跨栏跑的平均速度及百米跑最大速度的比值来反映这个指标,并从不同等级跨栏运动员存在的问题出发,从速度利用水平寻找运动员过栏技术能力的差异,从而为我国不同等级男子跨栏跑运动的教学与训练提供咨询与参考。Speed level and technical ability over hurdles in hurdle run are the key factors determine results. In hurdle race, which is a high strength movement,how to reduce maximum speed loss to the minimum and maintain the technical ability crossing hurdles continuously best depends on the synthetic embody of participative athletes' average speed and technical ability over hurdles. This article reflects this index through the ratio of average velocity in their hurdle run and maximum speed in their hundred meters run. Starting with the existing problems of hurdle athletes of different rank,this paper probes into the difference of technical ability over hurdles in hurdle run from speed level, in order to put forward teaching and training advice and reference for this movement.
