摘　　要：二(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)次膦酸是一种在钴镍萃取方面表现优异的萃取剂.以次磷酸钠和二异丁烯为原料,通过一种新的自由基反应一步合成了二(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)次膦酸,收率达80.4%.确定了该反应的最佳工艺条件为:选用搪瓷高压反应釜、二异丁烯与次亚磷酸钠的摩尔比为2.5:1、引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)、操作压力6MPa、温度为135℃、反应过程中补加3次引发剂AIBN,总反应时间为32h.Bis（2,4,4-trimethylpentyl） phosphinic acid is an excellent extractant for nickel-cobalt extraction.Bis（2,4,4-trimethylpentyl） phosphinic acid was synthesized by a new method of free radical reaction with solium hypophosphite and isobutylene in one step.The yield is up to 80.4%.The best reaction parameters has been established as follows：the reactor is an enamel high-pressure reactor,the molar ratio of isobutylene to solium hypophosphite is 2.5：1,the initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile（AIBN）,operating pressure is 6 MPa,the reaction temperature is 135 ℃,the initiator is supplementally added three times during the process,the total reaction time is 32 h.
