摘  要:目的研究大豆异黄酮(SIF)对膳食诱导型代谢综合征(MS)大鼠胰岛素抵抗(IR)及脂联素(ADPN)水平的影响及可能的作用机制。方法采用高脂、高糖、高盐饲料喂养复制MS大鼠模型。成模的47只MS大鼠再随机分为4组:模型组、西药组、大豆异黄酮低剂量组、大豆异黄酮高剂量组,药物干预4周。用生化法测大鼠血脂;用试纸法检测大鼠血糖;用放免法检测药物干预前后血浆脂联素水平。结果药物干预4周末,模型组大鼠FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR较空白组显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,西药组与SIF高剂量组大鼠FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR均降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),两组治疗效果相似,无显著性差异(P>0.05);SIF高剂量组大鼠TG、TC均显著降低(P<0.01);西药组大鼠TG、TC、HDL-C无显著性变化(P>0.05)。SIF低剂量组大鼠仅TC降低(P<0.05),余代谢指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。药物干预4周末,与MS模型组相比,SIF高剂量组大鼠血清脂联素浓度增高(P<0.01)。结论 SIF具有调节MS模型大鼠血脂、胰岛素抵抗及血清脂联素的作用。Objective To observe the effect of soy isoflavone on insulin resistance and ADPN levels in dietary induced metabolic syndrome rats.Methods MS rat model was copied by high fat,sugar and high salt diet.47 MS model rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: model group,western drug group,low dose soy isoflavonegroup,high-dose SIF group,and the observed interval period were 4 weeks.Lipid biochemical method to measure;blood glucose by dipstick;detected by radioimmunoassay before and after drug intervention plasma adiponectin levels.Results After 4 weeks drug intervention,FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR was significantly higher in model group than in normal group(P0.01).Compared with model group,high metformin group and SIF rats the FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR were decreased in western drug group and high-dose SIF group(P0.01 or P0.05),It shows similar curative effect between two groups.SIF high rats TG,TC were significantly lower in high dose SIF group(P0.01);TG,TC,HDL-C no significant changes in western group(P0.05).However,there were only body weight and TC decreased in low dose SIF group(P0.05) and other index has no significant metabolic differences(P0.05).Compared with model group,the density of serum adiponectin increased in high dose SIF group after treated(P0.01).Conclusion SIF could regulat blood lipid,insulin resistance and serum adiponectin.
