摘  要:在一定酸度的盐酸介质中,络阴离子AuCl-4与孔雀绿(MG)形成稳定的离子缔合物,可被析出的微晶萘定量吸附,实现痕量金的分离与富集。分离了基体富集物中的Au,并用ICP-AES测定。详细考察了影响金的分离与测定的各种因素。在优化的实验条件下,方法的检出限为6.0ng/mL,RSD为1.34%(n=9)。本法已用于矿石浸取液和标准矿样中痕量金的测定,分析结果满意。Based on the formation of ionassociated complex between AuCl-4 and malachite green, a new method has been proposed for the determination of trace gold by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry after its separation with microcrystalline naphthalene solidliquid extraction. The ionassociated complex was absorbed on microcrystalline naphthalene under selected conditions, the solid mass consisting of gold ionassociated complex on the column was eluted quantitatively with 6mol/L HNO3. Various experimental conditions were investigated in detail. Under the optimized experimental parameters, the detection limit of this method was 6.0ng/mL and the RSD was 1.34%(C=0.3g /mL,n=9) . The method has been applied for the analysis of real samples and the results obtained are in good agreement with reference value.
