基于“胆碱能假说”中药抗老年性痴呆研究进展

摘　　要：老年性痴呆又称阿尔茨海默病,是与年龄相关的进行性记忆丧失和高级认知功能减退的神经系统退行性疾病,众多学者认为主要是脑内胆碱能系统受到损害,并提出"胆碱能假说"。从保护和改善胆碱能系统功能的角度,结合传统中医理论,中医药在治疗老年性痴呆方面取得了很好的效果。本文基于"胆碱能假说"对中药抗老年性痴呆进行综述,为探寻有效的天然药物提供线索。Known as Alzheimer＇s disease,senile dementia is a neurodegenerative disease with the progressive loss of age-related memory and the decline of high-level cognitive function,many scholars believe that the main reason is the damage of cholinergic system in the brain,and propose ＂cholinergic hypothesis＂.From the viewpoint of the protection and improvement to the cholinergic function,combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine had been achieved many available results in the treatment to senile dementia.Based on ＂cholinergic hypothesis＂,the anti-Alzheimer＇s disease Chinese medicine are reviewed in this article in order to provide clues in exploring effective natural medicine.
