摘 要:目的:了解广州市妇女生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒多重感染状况和基因亚型分布。方法:采用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片分型技术(HybriMax)对广州地区6936例女性进行人乳头状瘤病毒多重感染检测,并对HPVDNA亚型、多重感染率和年龄分布进行分析。结果:6936例女性共检出HPV多重感染患者541例,多重阳性率为7.80%。高危混合型、高低危混合型和低危混合型分别是55.45%、41.59%、2.96%。多重阳性感染者中,双重感染最多,为399例,占73.75%。21个亚型中共有20个亚型被检出。在各年龄组中,≤20岁女性多重阳性感染率最高,为22.73%,各年龄组HPV感染差异有统计学意义(χ2=65.136,P=0.000<0.05)。结论:广州地区女性HPV的多重感染率较低,但以高危混合型为主;用HybriMax法对HPVDNA进行多重感染的检测和分型,对宫颈病变的防治具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the prevalence and genotypes of multiple infections of human papillomavirus (HPV) in lower genital tract of women in Guangzhou city. Methods 6 936 women in Guangzhou were selected for the detection of HPV multiple infections by flow-through hybridization and gene chip (HybriMax). The overall mixed HPV prevalence, multiple infectious status of various subtypes and age distribution were analyzed. Results Among the 6 936 patients, 541 cases were HPV multiple infections (7.80%). The rates of high risk mixed type, high and low risk mixed type, and low risk mixed type of HPV multiple infections were 55.45%, 41.59%, and 2.96%. Among the multiple infection, 399 cases were double infections (73.75%). 20 of the 21 subtypes of HPV were detected. The highest rate of HPV multiple infections was found in women at the age of ≤20 years (22.73%), there were significant differences among the different age groups (X2 = 65.136, P = 0.000). Conclusion The prevalence of HPV multiple infections in women in Guangzhou is low and the main subtype is high risk mixed type. Test and subtype analysis of HPV by HybriMax plays an important role in the prevention and management of cervical neoplasia.
