摘 要:目的:探讨真核细胞起始因子4E(eIF4E)和p53在舌癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法分别检测84份舌鳞癌组织(舌癌组)、26份以舌白斑为代表的癌前病变组织(癌前病变组)、20份正常舌黏膜组织(正常对照组)的eIF4E、p53表达情况,并对eIF4E、p53表达变化趋势进行一致性分析及比较。结果:eIF4E在舌癌组、癌前病变组及正常对照组中的阳性表达率分别为92%、73%、0,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。p53在舌癌组、癌前病变组及正常对照组中的阳性表达率分别为69%、23%、0,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。eIF4E与p53表达变化趋势一致(r=0.491,P<0.05)。eIF4E在舌癌组和癌前病变组中的阳性表达率均高于p53(P<0.01)。结论:舌癌组织和癌前病变组织的eIF4E和p53阳性表达率较高,两者可能与舌癌的发生有关,可能适用于舌鳞癌检测。Objective: To study the implication of expression of elF4E and p53 in oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma (OTSCC). Methods: The expression of elF4E and p53 was detected by immunohistochemical staining in lingual samples from 84 patients with OTSCC, 26 patients with leukoplakia lingualis and 20 health subjects for analysis. Results: The positive rates of elF4E in OTSCC, precancerous lesions and normal tissues were 92% , 73% and 0, respectively. The positive rates of p53 in OTSCC, precancerous lesions and normal tissues were 69% , 23% and 0, respectively. Significant differences in positive rates of elF4E and p53 were observed among groups (P 〈0. 05). The expression of elF4E was significantly higher than 1953 in OTSCC and precancerous lesions (P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusions: The expression of eIF4E and p53 is correlated with pathogenesis of OTSCC. Over-expression of elF4E is likely to be an early diagnostic marker of OTSCC, with higher sensitivity than p53.
