摘 要:职业经理人力资本特性和民营企业组织特性两个层面的分析说明,民营企业引进职业经理过程中职业经理对民营企业建立初步信任的需求与作用基础。通过调研数据进行实证检验,结果表明:职业经理的初步信任对于民营企业引进职业经理具有直接积极的影响,同时这种信任在民营企业的部分组织因素对于职业经理进入行为的作用中具有明显的媒介效应。而职业经理初步信任产生的内在基础更多基于民营企业组织内部的薪酬与晋升制度的公平性以及雇主诚信的行为表现等因素。The study focused on the preliminary trust of professional executives in private-owned enterprises from an organizational perspective.According to the characteristics of professional executive's human capital and of private-owned enterprise organization,we advance five suppositions and do an empirical research.We find that the professional executives' entry in private-owned enterprises was affected directly by the preliminary trust of professional executives,which shows obvious media effect between some organizational factors and professional executive's entry.The results also illuminate that the preliminary trust of professional executives mostly stem from the justice about their earning and promotion,as well as the owners' trust in the executives.
