摘 要:以全运会前3名女子铅球运动员为研究对象,主要运用生物力学测试法和比较分析法对从时间、空间和速度角度对她们推铅球技术的运动学技术特征进行分析。结果发现,我国优秀铅球运动员滑步阶段速度低,巩立娇滑步阶段其铅球和身体重心速度稳定,李梅菊和李玲铅球加速运动过早;滑步摆动阶段启动铅球和身体重心速度变化大,具有滑步时间和距离短,滑步速度慢、摆动幅度小的技术特点;转换阶段时间短,李梅菊和李玲铅球加速用力早,躯干抬起过高,动作幅度小;最后用力阶段时间和做功距离短;李玲采用蹬伸用力为主整体向前的用力形式,身体位移小;巩立娇、李梅菊右侧超越左侧的最后用力形式,左、右髋位移距离大;出手高度低;巩立娇具有出手速度快的特点。the methods of observation, bio-mechanical testing mathematical statistics and comparative were applied to study kinematic character of top three women athletes in shot putting of National Games from the aspects of time, space and velocity. The result shows that the glide velocity of our elite shot putters is low. GONG Li-jiao has stability of body gravity velocity during the phase of glide,while the LI Mei-ju and LI Ling has too early acceleration in shot putting, and leads to their body gravity velocity significantly. Their technical character shows the short glide time and distance, low glide velocity and swing, short tran- sition time. LI Ling and LI MelOn forced to speed up the shot too early. Right angle with the trunk to a reasonable stage,emerged in the conversion process torso lifted too high, trunk control specific technical capacity to complete the movements of small amplitude. In the final stage acting short of movement time and working distance; the body center of gravity with the velocity rhythm of GONG Li-Jiao is reasonable on the final phase. LI Ling used the left side of the main leg extensor strength of the force to move the o verall form of the body from the small-displacement movement; GONG Li-Jiao, LI Mei-Ju used beyond the left side of the right form of the final force,left and right hip from the large displacement;high low hand; hand the speed of small GONG Li-Jiao has high releasing speed.
