残根、残冠金瓷冠修复的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨以金属烤瓷冠修复残根、残冠的方法。方法:对120例残根、残冠经根管治疗后,采用金瓷冠修复。结果:经2年临床观察,冠修复良好,患者多数能行使正常咀嚼功能。结论:残根、残冠经金瓷冠修复后,可使患者行使正常咀嚼功能。Objectives： Trace the way to reserve the residual roots and residual crowns by porcelain -,fused - to - metal crowns. Methods ：After their root canal terapies, 120 teeth are reserved by porcelain - fused - to -metal crowns. Results： After two years clinical observation, restored crowns are stable, and they can be used by the patients normally. Conclusion：The residual roots and residual crowns can be reserved by crown restoration and the patients can use them normally.
