摘　　要：干部学院文化建设对促进干部教育培训意义重大。干部学院文化既是一种学校文化,又不同于一般学校文化,它具有同一性、开放性、民主性、多样性、动态性、生成性等特征。干部学院文化的建设要着眼于学院精神、课堂、学员、教师、制度、课延和物态等文化要素的提升。Cultural building in executive leadership academies is of great significance for the education and training of cadres.On the one hand,the culture of the executive leadership academies is a type of school culture.On the other hand,it differs from typical school cultures.It has features such as sameness,openness,democratism,diversity,dynamic,and generativeness.The building of academy culture should pay attention to the boost of cultural elements such as academy spirit,classes,students,teachers,institutions,extracurricular activities,and physical states.
