摘  要:本文对籽粒败育与乙烯的关系进行了探讨。采用两类不同基因型(果穗顶端败育类型和正常类型)玉米杂交种为材料,对籽粒发育前期乙烯的代谢变化进行了双向比较研究。结果表明:籽粒的乙烯释放量在授粉后的0~8天(0~8DAA)出现高峰。同期败育类型玉米籽粒的乙烯释放量显著高于正常类型;在同一类型中又表现为顶部高于中部。这种乙烯释放量的差异与其ACC合成酶及ACC氧化酶的活性密切相关。A comparative study was conducted on the kernel ethylene metabolism during the early period of kernel development with two kinds of genotypes. The main results were as follows: Kernel ethylene releasing peaked during 0~8 days after anthesis (DAA) , and the value of ethylene releasing of the genotype with tip kernel abortion was higher than that of genotypes without tip kernel abortion. The value of tip kernels ethylene releasing was higher than that of middle kernels in the same genotypes. During 0~12 DAA, ACC content of tip kernels showed a increasing tendency. But the change of kernel MACC content was irregular. Measurement on the activities of ACC oxidase and ACC ase showed that both enzyme activities of kernels from genotype with tip kernels abortion were higher than those of kernels from genotype without tip kernel abortion. The kernel ethylene releasing had a close relationships with their activity of ACC ase and ACC oxidase. The relations between etheylene and kernel abortion also discussed in this paper.
